Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of ADMINISTRATOR (JBU Horizon Home).

Reporting to the Chairman, JBU Horizon Home Managerial Committee, the Administrator will provide the necessary support to enable the efficient day to day operation of the Home.

Significant responsibilities:

Supervising the staff of the Home; and as a team, see to the care of the residents; and managing the facility.

Ideally applicants should:

Be a registered nurse with administrative skills, preferably retired and currently licensed.

With at least five (5) years experience in the field

Possess the ability to plan, organise, develop, implement and interpret the programmes, goals, objectives and procedures set forth by the Managerial Committee

Possess excellent human relations skills

Be flexible

Possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
