My Brothers and Sisters,

In the midst of the greatest irony of our times, where we keep our distance yet yearn to stay together, may I remind us that the Spirit God gives to us does not inspire fear and panic. We are a people of hope and we are not abandoned by our God. Let us therefore watch and wait with each other in prayer so that our confidence in God’s powerful presence will be fortified. Grace mercy and peace be with us all.
